Pricing
All classes cost $200 per student per class. This class will include a one hour lecture/safety orientation, followed by two hours of real world practice. There is no set amount of classes that someone "needs" to learn to weld. Some people take many to get to the point they feel comfortable, some will not. Feel free to sign up for as many or as few classes as you feel necessary. Results may vary based on each person's individual abilities and prior experiences. Cash will be collected before each class. You can secure your spot in our class by sending a $50 Venmo deposit (which will be credited to your class fee) to @Robert-Kalbfell.Scheduling

Ironheart Welding can bring in a Certified Welding Inspector to get your AWS D1.1 Certification or your ASME Section IX (Call for Pricing and Availability).
There is no "standard" weld certification. Different applications of welding (structural, automotive, manufacturing, etc.) require different certifications. An employee does not need a certification to work at most welding shops, however having a certification will improve the chances of securing a job and typically command a higher pay rate than someone that does not have one. Since welding is a skill, and some people pick it up better than others, there is not a set amount of time someone might develop enough skill to pass something like an AWS D1.1 structural welding certification. A student going from absolutely no experience to certified welder could expect more than 10 -15 welding classes in order to be ready for the test. Results and pricing will vary based on prior experience, at home practice, and natrual talent.
